When does the free month start?＋
Once we’ve validated your agreed setup with you. Your selected package is free for 30 days. Monthly billing starts on day 31 unless you cancel before then. Setup fees remain payable.
How do I pay for setup?＋
50% to start, then 50% when the agreed setup is validated. You can start with one shop before rolling out to the rest.
What’s included each month?＋
Your package, hosting, scheduled refreshes, maintenance and product support. Bespoke reports, new integrations and ongoing business analysis are quoted separately. Stock transfers are a separately scoped workflow.
Do I need both ChatGPT and Claude?＋
No. Use whichever you prefer, with your own compatible account. The Ask price is the same for either connection. Any paid subscription to those services is separate.
