The order engine
What goes into your next order.
Your shop’s trading history. What’s coming next. What you already have.
From till data to an order plan.
01 Your shop’s signals
Historical trading dataSales · weekdays · trends
Product sales, weekday patterns, seasons and recent trends establish normal demand. Stockouts and unusual promotion periods are checked so they don’t distort the picture.
Stock & deliveriesOn hand · on the way
Recorded stock and incoming deliveries show what’s already available. Missing or unreliable records are flagged for review.
Holidays & seasonsBank holidays · school breaks
Bank holidays and their eves, Christmas, Easter, school holidays and payday patterns can change demand. Each is compared with the shop’s usual trading pattern.
Weather patternsTemperature · rainfall
Local temperature and rainfall are considered by product category. A hot day can affect drinks differently from other lines; it doesn’t raise every forecast equally.
Football & sporting eventsMatch days · relevant fixtures
Football match days are considered where trading history shows a demand change. Other sporting fixtures are agreed as part of your shop’s event calendar.
Your local calendarChristmas · Easter · Eid · Diwali
Christmas, Easter, Eid and Diwali, religious observances such as Ramadan, and local celebrations are considered where relevant to your shop. We agree the calendar during setup and use your trading history to assess its effect.

Built around your shops. We agree the data, delivery rules and relevant events during setup. A date in the calendar alone doesn’t justify buying more.
